PsykoDaleIk Project:

About a dozen Cannondale SVA frames have been subject to the Kynetyk Psykolz travel increasing alterations.  I got what I was told to be the 2nd SVA3000 to come out of the Cannondale factory.  Within one Month she was stripped and her travel was increased from 80mm to 6+ inches.  This was the first.

In the movie Down by Thor Wixom, I had an altercation with my front wheel made by mavic.  The wheel collapsed on a simple transition.  My elbow required two hours of Surgery.  NOTE:  I do not condemn Mavic for making a crappy wheel.  I know the risks of riding.  If I had wanted indestructable I would have stayed home.  But I am also smart enough to be riding something else now!

In the Movie Double Down, everyone was getting Karpiel Armageddons with 9 to 11 inches of travel.  With the need calling to go bigger, the cannondales recieved a custom rear shock that could be leveraged at a 4:1 ratio and not explode.  The springs were hand picked and the dampers custom made.  The tail sections recieved working and re-working as did the front triangles to accomodate these massive 9" shocks with 3" of stroke.  The result was two bikes that had 12" of vertical travel.

Generation IV.  This has been what I believe will be the last experiment of the Cannondale frames.  Tail sections ONLY were modified in this transition.  This was necessary to accommodate my Raven front triangle.  Let me tell you, I get alot of varied reactions when people find out I am riding a 12" travel modified Raven.  The forks have also been custom made for 12" and are recieving their tweaks.  So far, mine is a full 7 lbs lighter than my last generation steed.  We'll see how she does.
